Good, but very pretentious. Jesus and Satan walks the Earth on the last day, and what do they do? Go to bars to drink and discuss philosophy.

This short had some interesting dialogue and I really enjoyed the Book of Life being a Mac. The biggest problem was the jumpy, blurry filming technique , which was WAY over-done.

Most of Hal Hartley's usual crew is here - but in this case, their sometimes questionable acting ability (I don't know if it's intentional - entirely possible) actually works well within the context of the film. An amusing if deliberately amateurish meditation on the end of days. Despite all this, you may notice I gave it five stars.

The Next movie I'm going to buy. quintessentially post modern. points of contention: -ethereal film style with digital cameras. -Lots of easy to notice color contrast -Satan poetry jams -Excellent postmodern dialogue at the end. -Interesting considering this movie in lieu of 9/11 social climate.
