Great movie all around, good plot, good special effects, and twists were mind blowing!

Under the guiding hand of James Gunn ... they create a disturbingly funny, yet cringe inducing film that will keep audiences entertained right up until the end.

4/5. A hell of a lot of fun. I only wish it was more over the top.

The Belko Experiment has been done many times before and obviously takes strong influences from the likes of Battle Royale and Cube. The mysterious Belko Corporation has locked 80 of it's American employees in an office tower block based in the middle of nowhere in Colombia while all of the locals have been sent home. A voice tells them that 2 employees must die within half an hour or many more will die. Thinking it must be a joke this initial warning is ignored, what follows is pure brutal, gory chaos. The difference between this and films such as Battle Royale and Cube is the dark humour running throughout which is the influence of the writer James Gunn who is most well know for The Guardians of the Galaxy. There is potential for a sequel given how the film ends, it would be interesting to see where they take it.

Watch the trailer. If that is your kind of movie, it is probably worth seeing. Personally, I was hoping for more gore. I was entertained, and I laughed. I'd saw the quality of the movie is on par with any of the better movies in the Saw movie franchise.
