Full of incredulous guffaws at the open and expected corruption in this part of the world. But don't expect to be tickled. This film is making a point.

There was way too much stuff going on between many different people for me to understand what was happening. I'd have to watch it again but I probably wont.

I could never fully understand everything that was going on. the basic thing i got was first world governments work together with the corrupt governments of africa for money.
