Powerful stories, as usual with Welsh, told with gruesome zeal for misery.

Strange, surreal, kafkaesque, brutal and funny. I stumbled on this one night randomly flicking thru channels then suddenly there a bald scottish bloke being strap-on buggered by his wife wtf. Of course I found a copy and watched the full film immediately. Madness and a good soundtrack too

Outdos Trainspotting easily. Only thing that did my head in was the subtitles in The Granton Star Cause, unless that was just here in Australia. I understood the language with no difficulty, even though it is Teuchter East coast patter. Maurice Roeves as God was superb, won't mention His mum and dad's antics, watch it! Ewen Bremner excellent as Coco Bryson.

I find this movie incredibly odd and a bit strange. What's up with god being a fly and all haha. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I actually was high while watching it. lol. The accent bugged the hell out of me but grew on me at the end..
