Simpaticna avanturisticka komedijica smjestena u Irsku krajem 18 vijeka - po zakonu, najstariji sin dobija svo nasljedstvo, dok ostalima ne pripada nista, te su prinudjeni da se udruzuju u tzv. Abduction Club, poluilegalnu organizaciju koja im pomaze da kidnapuju bogate nasljednice i ubijede ih da se udaju za njih. Nasa prica pocinje, naravno, u trenutku kad jedna od takvih operacija krene naopako. Ovo je jedan od onih filmova koje bezbjedno mozete prikazati majci ili sestri - nema psovki, vulgarnosti, krvi, golotinje i sl. (mada ima jedno ili dva nepotrebna ubistva), dinamican je, solidno zanimljiv i sa podnosljivim likovima. Nazalost, u drugoj polovini malo ofali s komedijom, ali i tada je zanimljiva avanturica.

An earthy, lively, feel-good romp. Two lovely girls, cheeky chappies, damsels in distress yet in control and some stunning location shots. Plus it has laudable period detail, costumes and sets and a few social/political messages thrown in amidst the fun. You'll be charmed. And the lovely Sophia 'Madame de Pompadour' Myles is in it. You will be charmed!
