Garneau with his Smeg fridge and smug affect grows more irksome over the course. Moreover, engagement with issues around poverty, capitalism and public policy kicks in a bit too late.

A bit of a "Super-Size Me" rip-off, but the message is good - an over abundance of sugar in the food we eat is making us sick.

A very interesting and alarming look at the effects of sugar in the human diet. This is the sugar equivalent of the movie Super Size Me and follows the same example but, somehow, is more harrowing to watch. This is definitely a wake up call for us all but sadly most are oblivious to it. Compelling viewing that will make you think twice.

I never trusted you Muesli Bars!!! I can guarantee that this will make you change your attitude to the things that you are putting in your mouth (thatswhatshesaid). A frankly scary look at how sugar has become omnipresent in almost everything we consume, even the foods we think are healthy.
