This movie is horrible and stupid. It makes no sense how the two main characters can afford to make any videos and how they even know how to use any effects, since they do not have a computer around. I don't know, I just lost interest instantly in this cheesy, stupid movie. The only decent thing about it is Cusack's moustache and Robbins' glasses - they both look hilarious. Also - This is the same director as "Car 54: Where Are You?" If that tells you anything.

It was funny, had to stop it a few times to watch tv, but finally finished watching it. The music was great and the Swanky Mode's music was pretty catchy!

Insanely stupid but extremely funny and inspired comedy with John Cusak and Tim Robbins. Check it out when you're feeling like something completely insane and nut! Makes a great double feature with Alan Arkush's 1983 hard-to-find classic "Get Crazy", starring Malcolm Mc Dowell.

I ran across this flamboyant piece of crap on tv and I wasn't able to finish it, it's that bad. First of all it tries so hard to be funny that everything feels forced, and it's painfully unfunny throughout. Second the plot sounds like it was written by some stupid kid obsessed with MTV and the videotape revolution. It makes NO SENSE! The whole film thrives on poorly constructed plot turns that could never even be imagined in the real world, yet it begs to be accepted as a film set in the real world and with real people and situations, it's all based on "what if". But I'm dead serious it's one of the worst films I've ever seen, alongside Hitman, and films like that. Films like these make me wonder, who the hell would invest time, money or talent on a script so retarded? Jeez, I'm gonna try and forget I ever saw this.
