Un film interamente recitato da marionette! Marionette che riescono a trasmettere emozioni piÃ¹ forti di molti attori in carne ed ossa. Marionette che non nascondono assolutamente la loro natura, che non vengono abbellite con effetti speciali (e non ce n'Ã¨ assolutamente bisogno perchÃ¨ sono splendide), i cui fili manovrati da abilissimi artisti sono ben visibili e diventano un punto focale del racconto. Una storia di intrighi, tradimenti, scontri epici, passato che ritorna. Una delle piÃ¹ belle cose viste ultimamente!

Metaphysical aspect of films's reality is presented as physical one, which is a great metaphor. If you are occasionalist, Strings should be cult film for you. :)

Most amazing puppet movie ever. A uncut gem just pulled from the earth to those who have found it. Not perfect but it's beauty is there

The story itself isn't completely original, but the execution is and very stylish to boot. Definitely unlike most films you will ever see and worth watching.
