I have been waiting for over 3 years for this movie to finally come out after its debut at the Sundance Film Festival in 2006. I had all but forgotten about it until a friend turned me on to its recent release on dvd. What a cool little movie. I'm not a huge Michael Rapaport fan, but he is amazing in this film as a confused individual who believes he develops super powers after taking an experimental new drug. I'm glad the wait is finally over, because this was great. 05.07.09 62nd Film of 2009

Awesome performance by Rapaport, in a world where a new superhero film comes out every other week this is a refreshing change.

I was expecting a comedy...it's not really. In fact it keeps an independent film vibe of serious, stunning and emotional. Michael Rapaport is at his best here and it shows. He gets you attached to the character in a sympathetic way. You almost want to cheer for him at the end. It's a great little gem.

Look, this movie deserved to be low budget for one good reason. It's fantastic average joe superhero story would have been ruined by mainstream hollywood. This movie is one of the greatest films I've seen in probably a decade due to it's ability to make you feel joy and sadness genuinely. You find yourself being that guy's cheerleader the entire film no matter what his illness. We could all be so lucky to know what it's like to feel superhuman even if we're just mere mortals.
