I don't think it's as bad as the reviews I have read. It does have a fast pace. The special effects are not that great, and it is a little gory. The acting is fair. The title character is lame.

Those were the worst special effects I have ever seen. Re-used clips and horrible stunt dummies make for another crap syfy movie.

skeleton man is an enigma...a household name...

High on body, low on originality and almost a total lack of script as well. Casper Van Dien had very little to do in this movie.

The point ultimately... will you enjoy it? Probably not by yourself, but if you have a bag of grass to smoke and a decent group of friends, this may be the single most life-altering moment of your grindhouse fantasies. Props to director Johnny Martin for strategically finding the best possible method for the worst possible result in every single frame of this future cult hit. Michael Rooker owns the Razzie award on this, I don't care who actually won it that year. By the way Jeremy Wheeler, you did write Flixster's all-time best movie synopsis.
