This Short dark comedy by Martin McDonagh is really well directed and really fun to watch, the screenplay is amazing :)

As luck would have it, saw this was scheduled on Film 4 after having seen 'In Bruges' earlier in the week. Darker than chocolate with 95% cocoa but still funny.

A really great short film about death and grief.

Hell, I adore this film. Martin McDonagh has created a genuinely wonderful piece of short film here. Gleeson is fabulous as a mourning gentlemen and Conroy is ace. Some fantastic one-liners and though the theme of the film is certainly not a happy one, you come away from it feeling like things will be OK. "Look at him would you, he looks like that fella offa Bronski Beat!". Fabulous.

If you liked In Bruges, you'll love this. It's hilarious, it's heart-wrenching, and I think I've actually met the antagonist in Galway. Not the actor, the character.
