More than finger pointing and a recap of events. By delving into Dallaire's psyche, it becomes an emotional and poignant journey.

If there's a documentary which should be seen, this one is it. It shows how former UN General Romeo Dallaire, without support from the United Nations, watched as the Rwandan Genocide happened all around him.
