Excellent, heartfelt film. The theme of 2 brothers struggling with their respective upbringings is thoughtful and touching. The film is visually hypnotizing. And the scene where Taylor Lautner runs into the ocean in his skivvies doesn't hurt things either ;)

It’s more scenic than dramatic. Sadly, the same could be said about Lautner, who never seems to deliver even as his window for “stardom” closes.

The perfect movie if you need a good gut-wrenching soul rinse. A beautifully composed emotional family drama. Loved it.

Excellent movie directed by Mehta. Lautner and the entire cast are superb. The material is heavy but the flawless execution from the cast will have you rooting for Oliver and hoping he and his big brother have a chance at life despite a rough upbringing.
