RTT (2009)

When Florence, his companion of five years, shocks him with the news that she's leaving him, moving to Miami and marrying another man, Arthur loses it. He follows Florence to all the way to Florida with plans to stop the wedding, which is set to take place in just a few days. Along the way, he crosses paths with Emilie, who is also heading to Miami, but unlike Arthur, is wanted by the police. As a result, Arthur gets stuck on an adventure he definitely never expected.

Comedie ultra legere qui souffre de l'improbabilite flagrante de son couple star. Melanie Doutey y est sublime et quelques situations pretent a sourire mais le resultat est vraiment loin d'etre satisfaisant.

Brilliant and witty dialogs. The plot is a little bit crazy but as a whole picture it's quite interesting and definitely it stands among great French comedies. Very good acting.

Une Ã©toile c'est tout ! Car , dans RTT , on s'ennuie , alors qu'une comÃ©die est censÃ© dÃ©tendre . Avec une MÃ©lanie Doutey , bien que trÃ¨s belle , mais qui rÃ©alise une performance bien passable , Kad Merad , naÃ¯f et peu intelligent , comme Ã son habitude . Alors que Manu Payet , a soulÃ© , mais vraiment , on ne cesse de dire que ce n'est pas un bon comÃ©dien. Dans le concept , une histoire peu approfondie , ni bien mis en oeuvre , puisqu'on se retrouve dans un dÃ©sordre monumentale en quelques minutes. RTT est une comÃ©die poussif , oÃ¹ on ne rigole pas , voire peu , mais la stupiditÃ© et la parodie est bien prÃ©sente . Manque de charme entre Kad Merad et MÃ©lanie Doutey qui rend un peu le film mou . TrÃ¨s peu de gags potables , et des rÃ©pliques bien trop dÃ©jÃ connues.Catastrophique .

An enjoyable and predictable summer flick too bad it was released in December. It has a few really funny scenes but only one or two of them weren't featured in the trailer. Both stars do a fine job carrying the film.
