One of the best documentaries ever made about one of the best film makers of all time (and cleared by him too - as evident by him using it in a continuation of the court case)!

This film, which premiered at Sundance, aired tonight on HBO -- it is completely fascinating, though I wish there had been more about Polanski's life in exile. Definitely worth seeing. I will definitely purchase it for the library's collection when it is released on DVD.

Really good and informative... Doesn't make any moral judgments, just presents firsthand accounts of a true circus trial.

A mesmerizing portrait of the director as acclaimed artist and tortured human being.

I LOVED this documentary in every way. It even convinced me... And thats hard. Polanski is pure genius when it comes to movie making!!! The main thing I got out of it is not matter how much pain and sorrow you have if you want it bad enough you will succeed.
