Perhaps the most entertaining of the Puppet Master series, and maybe the most violent (That is not saying a whole lot though).

Whether it's "Attack of the Puppet People" or "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" (or Chucky for that matter), there's something that grabs my attention when it comes to little things versus big things. In this sequel to the surprisingly successful Charles Band direct-to-video original film, the puppets return to hunt down paranormal researchers for their master, Andre Toulon. There are no actors in this film I'd ever heard of before, except for John Carpenter regular character actor bit player, George "Buck" Flower. Producer Band's brother, the excellent Richard Band, provides the film with a solid score. I've always enjoyed scores by Richard Band and always wondered why he never got a shot at scoring a major film, but maybe that's because he was kept plenty busy scoring his brother's low budget genre films. This film isn't anything brilliant and is certainly hampered by it's budget, but it is nice to seep in-camera special effects and no CGI. Not really a smart or necessarily clever film, but is it certainly entertaining.

Literally the worst movie I've ever seen. It only gets one star for this scene where the Puppet Master pops the head off of one of his puppets. And for a puppet that pikes leeches.

A couple years after the incidents at the hotel occurred in the first film of this series a group a psychics explore the hotel to look for an explanation of the horrifying scene which was found there. One of the surviving psychics from the first film has been locked up in an insane asylum for criminally insane folk and is assumed to the perpetrator of the ghastly horrors. The new group pf psychics start to drop off in much the same fashion the first set. Not as good as the initial film of the series, but some good stuff like the introduction of Torch!

The puppets are back to old business... A new group of unsuspecting victims go to the hotel to investigate the troubled past the building has until, well, I think you can guess... The thing I like about these movies is how ridiculous they are to describe to people they sound so corny it's actually part of the fun... One thing I didn't like was Toulin coming into the picture looking like a duplicate of the invisible man!
