I almost turned it off after the first 25 minutes because, though it mentioned some classics, it mostly focused on 3rd wave bands like Pennywise and NOFX and how punk broke into and was "co-opted" by the mainstream. It's got interviews with someone from Hot Topic for christsake. But it gets a bit better after that. It's got a nice contrast between Warped Tour in the US and Wasted Festival in the UK.

I always like to argue my views of what punk is and this gave good points. It just seemed to focus on one branch of it. Not the entirety of it. It was a bit long but maybe it was because I felt like I was going to puke towards the end (nothing to do with the movie). It wasn't really deep for me though. I appreciate popular punk bands as long as they are getting the message out. I mean people want there voices heard and popular punk bands say alot of the same things and they are not punk because too many people are hearing them?????? Listening to the music doesn't make you punk no matter how hardcore and true punk it is. Its just a bunch of chords and singing or screaming unless it means something to you. thats what what punk is.

Decent music doco on the developments of punk music. Was good to see how Green Day and Offspring started, but I would of liked to see more of the Clash and Sex Pistols.
