Pucked (2006)

Frank Hopper is a former lawyer, long-term loser and constant dreamer - and frankly, probably just not all that bright. When he receives a credit card in the mail, he believes he's hit the jackpot. It's not long before he's working his way toward financing his dream - an all-woman hockey team. He's also put himself in debt to the tune of more than $300,000.

Dot Jones now of "Glee" fame plays the butchy skater and Danielle James ("True Blood") the french girl who's so freakin' good in this. Also with Dana Barron, Cary Elwes, David Faustino, Nora Dunn, Estella Warren... Stellar cast. This is a fun, light movie and should be enjoyed as such. Jon Bon Jovi, as always, very easy on the eyes.

For starters, Jon Bon Jovi is the main dude. He uses 208 credit cards to fund a Women's Hockey League because it is such a bizarre idea.. Quite funny!!

Love this film! It's really funny (and it doesn't hurt that JBJ is in it! )

I've watched plenty of the National Lampoon movies, just out of respect for the ones from when I was a kid.. this is one of the only ones that was mildly decent.

Similar to any National Lamphoon movie, but also somewhat diff too. OK to watch
