You'll need a rewatch to understand what's going on, but the filmmaking is not exciting enough to really warrant it.

An amazing film! Such a fascinating story--the editor and co-director at a Q&A mentioned that he was brought on board to make it feel like a political thriller as opposed to a straight documentary--and that decision certainly paid off. Go and see it if you can; it's well worth your time.
