The video Forks Over Knives told why plant based nutrition was best for us and showed remarkable evidence of people's health being restored. PlantPure Nation follows up and shows us what to do to keep the movement going forward. This really concerns us all!!

So, this movie popped up on my Netflix and I've made it about an hour in. I am not commenting on the legitimacy of vegan diets, or anything of that sort. All of the science suggests that these things do work.. However, there is a very clear trend in this movie. The first 30 minutes, starts with the creator and other doctors talking about a "Plant Based Diet". After 30 minutes, they get into doctors talking about "Whole Plant Based Diets"Then BAM.. 45 minutes in, we get a doctor talking to us about a "WHOLE FOODS Plant Based Diet".. Saw that one coming a mile away. Why can't people just be reasonable and actually try to help other people without trying to subliminally ram a product down their throat? Cmon Whole Foods.. if these diets work, then the customers will come. Don't be greedy like the rest of the industry that is destroying the health of their customers.

The last two minute of the film are about how the western diet is about large corporations making money. I went to the PlantPure Nation website and they are also all about making money. It is always about making money, no matter who is promoting the diet.

The film is too ra-ra on vegetables, though. I left the theater craving greasy cheese fries after being subjected to quinoa clips for so long.

Such an enlightening and eye opening movie. It truly convinced me that I am the only one in control and that I must educate myself. I cannot count on the government or anyone else to provide me with accurate information. The people making this move have nothing to gain by providing this important information to people. They are up against a lot of money and power and don't seem to be giving up any time soon. So happy I took the time to watch it and to educate myself. Many lifestyle changes are the result.
