Deepika was beautiful and her acting was superb! Loved her in this role! Amitabh Bachchan was super convincing as a super pain in the butt father! You loved to hate him in this role. The movie showed some of the beautiful landscape and scenery of India, which made PIKU all the more enjoyable. Great movie! Loved it!

I have a feeling most people go for the stars (I'll confess, I did) but was really put off Bachchan going on and on about his bowel movements. sheesh. Irfan Khan, as always, was wonderful. It wasn't bad, thus three stars, but I expected better.

A sensible comedy , with an uncommon approach of family-themed subjects.The cast has real chemistry and there is a certain sweetness in the act.

Maybe the most heartwarming com-dram I've seen since the remake of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. The story illustrates the mannerisms, beliefs, and general behavior of Bengalis to perfection. I found myself laughing often, and thought the story was extremely well told. Well worth watching!
