This film was SO much fun! Five of the best horror directors, so I definitely went into it with high expectations, and it did not disappoint! I forgot to breath for dangerous lengths of time during countless scenes. Suspense was well-timed. The way they tie everything together is really cool too. Great casting. Mickey Rourke slayed. And it's CAMP GOLD people. Highly recommend checking this out.

I like my gory horror with a little camp and this totally delivered. I got just as caught up as the rest of the Fantasia crowd and joined the standing ovation at the end. I didn't know what to expect from an anthology boasting such a prestigious list of horror directors but each delivered better than I could have expected. What a blast. If you like good old fashioned horror, masterfully crafted, then get back to your roots and go see Nightmare Cinema.

Now, Garris’ unflagging enthusiasm for uplifting his fellow creators has found a new manifestation: Nightmare Cinema, a sort of sideways revival of the Masters Of Horror franchise.

A handful of horror Twilight Zone-eseque stories that start average-ly and go downhill.

If you've been aware of Nicolas Cage's career in the last 15 years, you will perfectly know about how the quality, quantity and themes of his films are variable and questionable. Now with that knowledge, if you read the synopsis or watch the trailer of this film, you will know very well where you're getting yourself into. So it only remains to say that your enjoyment will depend entirely on whether you like the style, humor and violence of it, or if it's just not your thing. Willy’s Wonderland doesn't offer something else, nor it tries, so it's ridiculous to ask for it.
