Mum & Dad (2008)

Mum and Dad, and their 'adopted' children, Birdie & Elbie, work at the airport. The family live off whatever they scavenge from cargo holds, offices and hotels - including a steady stream of transient workers who populate the airport's soulless hub. When Lena, a young Polish office cleaner, is befriended by Birdie, she gets drawn into a nightmarish world of torture, murder and perversity.

Super psychotic texas chainsaw massacre type family adopt/ hold for hostage a girl. There is a lot of gore in this movie: blood intestines, at some point in the film she stuffed in a suitcase and the father and brother beat her with a mallet. If you can stomach the extreme violence, (the blood and everything look pretty fake), the story slowly builds up and the film is kind of enjoyable.

A Polish girl is tricked by a work 'friend' and ends up being imprisoned by a psychopathic family. You can imagine that this would happen.. and thats the awful part. The 'kids' in this film try and outdo each other for affection from the sick 'mum & dad' just to stay in favour. The story relies on mind games aswell as gruesome moments (but strangely wasn't as bad in the latter as I imagined it would be). Has a great ending too. Still a horribly twisted, weird & gory movie - perfect for the British horror genre.
