Watched this in Italian. Didn't understand a word of it. Didn't matter. Barry Bostwick's hair alone more than made up for that. The battle scene on the dry bed of Lake Gamibia? Epic! Always a pleasure to see the matinee-idol looks of Edward Mulhare too. A gem!

Nothing will ever touch this heralding vision...name another film that simultaneously created and destroyed a whole new genre (Hick SciFi).......OK, BESIDES Gymkata.....

Best original cheese ever! These people invented the cheesy action flick, the one liner, and the ridiculous sci fi vehicle. Very old school....dont watch this if your overly critical.

Hilariously bad. It fails on every level - script, acting, special effects. There a quite a few "so bad it's good" moments that cause a good chuckle. If you want to know more, read Craig Hart's cracking review here on Flixster.
