Mega Snake (2007)

Duff Daniels (John T. Woods), the younger, stupider brother of Les (Michael Shanks), can't help himself from stealing a rare snake that's been kept in a jar by a Native American snake dealer (Ben Cardinal), and which has to follow some rules: don't let it out of the jar, then don't let it eat anything anything living, and never fear the heart of the snake.

Le mega snake arrive en ville et boulotte tout ce qui marche... Arrive même pas à la cheville de la nageoire du Mega Shark...

I rather enjoyed watching this film twice! It had poor special effects but a good movie in my opinion. I would try and buy this movie one day.

once again, this is probably a giant animal movie that people will think is to cheesy, but i thought it was fairly worthwhile. a very cheesy entertaining giant snake movie, a good time killer.

Horror film with some decent special effects. Let down by dreadful acting and dialogue.

A poorly written and and mildly well executed horror film. I got so excited when I saw this was taking place in East Tennessee. I was even more thrilled when I saw the stereotypical characters with accents from various locations in the south. Honestly though, there was way too much human interaction and not enough of the Mega Snake. Everything the characters did was so ridiculously inconcievable, except for the these two hillbillies who live alone in the woods and kill animals. There is a montage where they build a flame-throwing assault vehicle out a ratty-ass pick-up and a the propane tank for a grill. So bad ass. And believable. The effects were shitty, but very satisfying. As long as there was blood and guts and Mega Snake eating people, I was happy. A truely awful film that is endlessly entertaining.
