In the year 2044, time travel has not yet been invented but in 30 years it will have been. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target into the past where a looper, a hired gun, like Joe is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good until the day the mob decides to close the loop, sending back Joe's future self for assassination.

I really liked it !! It has a good story without relying on special affects. The ending makes sense if you're paying attention. Old JOE came back in time to stop a future event from happening, young JOE realizes why that same event took to begin with. In a split second decision he decided to "Change It"! *It's Good !!*

Clever, detail orientated, thought provoking, thrilling and extremely well acted, specifically by the main role played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Looper ticks every box, a must see.

my favorite actor shines portraying a legend the annuarisms are uncanny the chemistry these two share is spectacular and the story sets up the world for some thing that has been done before but never like this with such a stellar cast including Joseph gordan levitt Bruce willis emily blunt and jeff Daniels how can you go wrong I highly recommend this gripping and thrilling story

Set in the future, Looper gives us a taste of what Inception would look like if the violence became a reality. Following a long line of 'reverse-plot' films like The Matrix, The Prestige, and Inception, Looper has a lot of ground to cover if it wants to set itself apart. And in my opinion, it did a fantastic job.
