This cleverly conceived, behind-the-scenes tale features fine lead performances and enough nods to the epic group's early days to interest fans outside the U.K.

Entertaining movie about the varying fortunes of two bands competing with each other while the members are still in school, one being U2 obviously. It follows the path of the unsuccessful band and the relationship of the two brothers who front the band.

Nick Hamm's film only evokes the era in a passably plasticky Britcom way, but no one was expecting a masterpiece. I'm just glad it was this enjoyable.

I liked this, it was silly, and sad. I know what it's like to feel like you're living in someone else's shadow. I love Robert Sheehan, he should do more and more stuff!
