Julieta may be one of Pedro Almodóvar's best films he's ever done since this is one of the most riveting and exhilarating films to tackle the subject of tragedy and guilt I've ever seen, and it is, indeed, one of the year's best films!

Almodovar's best effort in almost a decade (but let's admit that's not saying much). A fairly standard melodrama about mothers and children, brought up a notch by the performances. It's no 'All About My Mother', but it's a welcome return to form.
