Man with Down's Syndrome in 'liking girls & beer and sometimes being a dick' shocker. Simple and thoughtful documentary which doesn't patronise either the audience or the subject. (Lots of DVD extras I'm yet to check out, but it's worth getting in the Troma 2-pack with Giuseppe Andrews' "Trailer Town")

Jefftown bills itself as a documentary about a "beer guzzling, porno consuming wrestling fanatic with down syndrome" Which sounds like an exploitation film, but believe you me this is actually a very well made film chronically the live of a grown man with Downs Syndrome beating the odds and doing the things that the rest of us do. Funny, honest, and in no way exploitative. A must watch.
