see this movie! The lead kid is so poignant, and has gone though such brutality, you root for him the whole time. Tear jerker, so don't see it if you have a heart of stone

one of my all time favorites. the plot carries you with it, watching this little boy slowly open back up to humanity. i cry at the end every time i watch it.

An amazing movie, you have to see it. A part of genre of movies we don't usually see, a well needed break from Hollywood's crap

It's a moving story, set in a depressing time. Found the "sacrifice" symbolic. And in some ways, David's change from the old David to the new David reminded me of my own personal change.
