'Hunting for Elephants' is burdened by a truly horrendous, screechingly anti-feminist screenplay with so many holes in it that it's impossible to believe from the get-go, let alone want to believe.

A charming geriatric heist comedy with a bit of family drama dropped in occasionally.

"Hunting Elephants" will not go down in the annals of comedy history, but at the least it will probably be the best screwball comedy heist movie mostly spoken in Hebrew in theaters this year.

It was funny, it was entertaining, it was quirky. I enjoyed it.

Occasionally Hunting Elephants lumbers in sentimental directions, which hardly square with its Benny Hill-style sensibilities.
