I am so excited for the DVD release of this movie that I want to shit on the floor and throw it around my office, just like GG! He'd be proud. My top-5 moments from this movie, from memory: 1) when the drummer explains why he plays naked, 2) when GG does a "performance" at NYU where he just smushes a banana up his ass and freaks everyone out, 3) GG v. Geraldo, 4) any scene with Merle and his weird reverse Hitler mustache, 5) a final scene that dares you not to gag on your own vomit with how disgusting it is. AN ABSOLUTE, STONE COLD, 100% CERTIFIED CLASSIC.

A timeless musical classic. Featuring such songs as bite it you scum, suck my ass it smells, and everyone's favourite When I die.

Offensive, stomach turning and untalented little G. G. Allen tries his best to be the most hated punk singer of all time. I think he succeeds. Hats off to Todd Phillips who follows this lunatic around with a camera (something I'm sure Allin loved). Still, a fascinating look into someone living a truly alternative lifestyle.

The debut documentary film of Todd Phillips. Kevin Michael "Jesus" Allin, GG ,was a hero to some , idiot to others. His stage performances were so outrageous , he got busted by the authorities almost every time. He would basically beat up his band members and the audience, relieve himself on stage turning his shows into freak shows of perversity and mayhem. This film shows us the inside story of a madman struggling for recognition in a modern world. GG was ahead of his time. His funeral is included in this film. Ooops... did I give it all away? Probably not...If you've heard of this guy I'm sure you already knew. A great documentary made on a shoe string budget.

Most people are familiar with Todd Phillips' comedies Old School and The Hangover. I recommend taking a look at his first film, a documentary about punk rocker GG Allin. Equal parts disturbing and fascinating, this one will give you nightmares.
