It's a nice feel-good movie, starts out a little rough but gets much better. Most of the acting is really good, except for the Gruner mom- she was terrible. Great for casual and serious baseball fans. Nice story line and very entertaining. One of the better baseball films.

Gibsonburg was awesome even though half of it wasn't true like the Gruners didnt own the bakery and there waas no crazy mom it still was a great movie.

It wasn't the most gripping story, but, certainly a nice one based on a true story

Overall, this movie was great. It was awesome to see in theaters with my mom, who grew up in Gibsonburg, and to see all the familiar landmarks on the big screen
