Those who know about how the body works also know that what you place into our bodies effect how well we grow older and heal. This film sets the mind right about why some people are hopelessly sick and others get well and stay well. Watch and learn.

If you want to solve the majority of the following issues: 1) Cancer, heart disease, depression, disease 2) Oil price spikes, dependence, and resource wars 3) Pollution, environmental damage, global warming Then simply: 1) Eat organic 2) Eat a diverse well balanced diet 3) Don't over-eat 4) Exercise (i.e. walk or public transit instead of driving the car) Sometimes people falsely believe that a simple solution just can't be an effective solution.
