I didn't really get on with this film. nobody in is was really that good or likeable including it. was good to see some british actors together in a film though.

A sweet movie that will appeal to fans of the Chronicles of Narnia. Five children stumble upon a sand fairy after finding a entrance to a beach through a door in their uncle's greenhouse. The sand fairy grants them a wish a day with some disatarous and happy effects. The child actors are fine though can be annoying at times and Kenneth Branagh and Zoe Wanamaker look like they're having fun. Eddie Izzard (as the voice of the sand fairy) is very good.
