Fantastic film brimming with humility, authenticity and what we hope for in humanity. I laughed, cried, and ran to buy a guitar after watching this utterly joyful documentary.

Even filmgoers with little taste for these arcane sounds may enjoy the doc, if only for the chance to spend an hour and a half in the company of so many prodigies who’ve put down their phones in the service of taking up catgut.

Loved this film! Made me wish I had stuck with guitar lessons. Not only were the musicians outstanding, especially the young kids, but the cinematography was gorgeous, the sound quality was superb and it has a beautiful score in addition toLoved this film! Made me wish I had stuck with guitar lessons.

I've now seen this film twice and look forward to watching it again! It's an emotional and moving account of Appalachian musicians who play with pure joy. The young kids steal the show and will steal your heart as well! It's rare to want to see a film more than once, but this is one I could see over and over.
