Asian kid adopted by a black family that moves to Compton = formula for a good movie. Add Ernie Hudson (the 4th Ghostbuster) to the mix, and it's a GREAT movie.

don't know the number of times i watched this movie, i watched it so much my brother threatened to destroy the vcr if he sees me watching it again. if u haven't seen it...golook for it.

While it's no great work of cinema, this movie about serious racial issues is a lot funnier than you might expect.

Phenomenal movie. I heard this was ahead of it's time - before 'Rush Hour'. I saw this on USA Networks - best movie of 1999
