While F fails to reach it's potential due to poor pacing, it is still a better than average slasher.

The title say it all, "F" is a Failed movie with some good concepts but didn't put them down well at all. Some critics have compared this movie with "The Strangers" and "Ils (Them)" but I found that the only similarity with this good horror movies is that you can't see the killers' faces, hoods aside, it lacks of suspense and gore because all the death are off-screen that seems you are watching a PG-13 flick. Acting was ok though the teachers character's turns very annoying in the second and third part. Overall, good concepts with not thrills, no gore, no suspense, no ending that I just have to give this film an F for being so bad.

Current RT audience rating of 38% is being overly generous.. This film offers nothing whatsoever. Don't even try to read any more into this film than what it is.. tedious and uninteresting.. If there's one redeeming factor, it's that it's very short.

The movie feels unfinished. I really did not see this movie end well for the protagonists. So I was curious about the end. The open ending is the last I Wanted.

Badly acted, indifferent characters, and, unforgivably, almost all kills are off screen. For about ten minutes it tries for social commentary but all we get is half-arsed. The school premises offer a nice claustrophobic feeling and there's some dread in the aftermath of the killings, most notably the make up work on the pretty young teacher. The school's principle (Emma Cleasby) stands well and her along with the unconventional ending are this film's best features. Not enough.
