Sure this is not a masterpiece, but this was a fun film! I really enjoyed it and I thought it was awesome in that early 80's kind of way. Franco Nero was pretty cool and bad ass as the Ninja, the bad guys were so lame it is no wonder they get their ass handed to them time and time again!

Typical low budget 80's action film. Ninja-thing was the latest trend in pop culture - so film producers desided to make some money with that. Action scenes look clumsy - exept when Kosugi is in them. Ninja wearing a white outfit in a jungle or in a city is so foolish.

Thas most hilarious parts of the movie: 1.The main dude fighting multiple enemies in a icy white kangol...2. The guy with that fake hook on his hand screaming" your gonna break my arm!! Owww my armm!!! Lmbo ridiculous!! This movie is super corny, never for one second did i take it serious as a martial arts film

A ninja, with a moustache? Come on...... but I did appreciate the on site location in Manila. I've never seen so many Filipino's on the big screen before.

Enter the Ninja was the first of several "Ninja" movies produced by Cannon starring or co-starring Japanese sensation Sho Kosugi. But the star of the first "Ninja" movie was legendary Italian tough guy Franco Nero. Sadly not even Nero or Sho Kosugi could make this movie watchable. It truly is a laughable and trashy b-movie which is embarassing to watch. The acting is very poor, dialogue is hilarious, there was no proper story line, the fight scenes were ridiculous (as there was a glimpse of the stunt man). To be perfectly honest I just can't recommend this at all. It's definitely one to avoid.
