Devil's Pond (2003)

After a brief courtship, Julianne marries her handsome boyfriend, Mitch. To celebrate their honeymoon, the couple travel to a remote cabin on a small island. When they arrive, however, Mitch becomes aggressive and physically abusive, and Julianne soon realizes he's not the ideal husband she once thought he was. Knowing that Mitch doesn't plan on ever letting her leave the island, Julianne, who is afraid of water, must find a way to escape.

not sure why i really like this movie, it is just 2 ppl on a mini island the whole movie... but it kept my attention, and i was very into it... GOOD movie

Lame-o! All Tara Reid is good for is getting her boobs out - serious roles are not her strong point.

PLOT: A young married couple go on a camping trip as their honeymoon. The wife (Tara Reid) soon realizes her husband (Kip Pardue) is not the man he appears to be. ACTING: The acting was decent. I was surprised at Kip Pardue's acting versatility since I have only seen him in "Driven" and "Remember the Titans". His ability to transform into a monster was awesome. ACTION: The movie moves at a good pace. The majority of the move features escape methods and twisted scenarios. OVERALL: The movie was fairly decent considering the fact that it was mainly just 2 people. I enjoyed the idea on how you may think you know someone until you get them isolated and alone. I also enjoyed the idea of just how strong a woman's determination can be.
