scary and good movie but very bad actors.

This movie definitely creeped me out but the acting was really bad. You could tell it was low-budget. The sound effects were bad. They make it seem like its based on a true story but it's really not. I liked the storyline and the creepiness. I love Ghost Adventures and this was like a longer version of an episode.

Just watched it and have to say i'm surprised. The beginning was far too close to an audio book more than a movie and i almost shut it off out of boredom. The acting is subpar but good enough to get you through. Then all of a sudden the boredom became a slight tinge of tension and even a little scary, although the ending did get a little unnecesary after the fact. still a good watch for low budget fans and ghost movie fans.
