Ex Drug Enforcement Agent travels to Caribbean island to locate his missing brother, who (as it turns out) has been transformed into a mindless cyborg assassin by a drug dealing industrialist. Contains some fine storytelling. There are two sequels.

*1/2 (out of four) A low budget sci/fi action movie with the always tough David Bradley. The plot centers around a man trying to save his brother from an evil dude who wants to turn him into an android. Unintentionally funny at times, but mostly lame.

Wow, no reviews? This movie is amusingly bad. It's just awful. A group of soldiers jump wait high into a lake, guns and all, only to look lost while they wait for a boat. Then they go and shoot up a base for no obvious reason, and most of their guns don't even make any sounds. Men catch fire for no reason. Houses explode from machine gun fire. Simply, wonderfully, terrible.
