i don't really know how to describe the impact this film had on me. it was like nails scratching a chalkboard, but in a tormentingly satisfying sort of way.

A terrifying, deeply psychological movie, it feels very much schizophrenic. Disturbing and sad, it's a tough film to watch.

1994 was a good year for Peter Greene. He was Zed in Pulp Fiction AND the bad guy in The Mask.

Disturbing in a neurotic sense. It gets in your head with its smart editing and filming

In the same league as Henry: Portrait of a serial killer, this film is more of a opposite. Instead of it being about a killer it's about a schizophrenic man who is searching for his daughter and who may or may not have killed a little girl. Just as real and disturbing as Henry, this film uses abstract sounds, mostly negative thoughts, as a way to put you in the mind of this man. It's deeply disturbing stuff and hard to watch, specifically the scene where he removes one of his own fingernails. Peter Greene does a remarkable job and Lodge Kerrigan's direction is well done.
