I specially like all the ending part, went the movie arrives to the right climate. Perfect Michelle Pfeiffer as Léa deLonval. The movie has not a clear tone in some parts, but is a great cinema treasure. All the style, decoration, costumes and the music score from Alexandre Desplat are excellent elements, so well worked, that also make that movie so enjoyable.

Found that fiolm on a display in London on my birthday 2009 and watched it at the Odeon on Leicester Square. What a beautyful film, with such great actresses. The story is very sad and dramatic, but told in a sometimes very funny way. One has to fall in love with the characters and really shares their feelings. Great european production ... !!!

I can hardly remember the story -- I think it was, "love hurts" -- but my crush on Michelle Pfeiffer remains everlasting and everything about the film was breathtakingly beautiful.
