Channels (2008)

A writer/producer is about to make a big career jump and has a lot of activity going on in his life. But, emotionally, he's dead. Through a fantastical event, he meets someone. They fall in love. She wants to defy logic and hop on the passing train of time with him. He lets his mind rationalize and hesitates. She is gone and he finds himself in a desperate race to get her back. Tried to be deep but the acting was HORRIBLE. Good narration.

Thoughtful movies that take our minds elsewhere seem to be a new trend. Imaginative, heartfelt and romantic, CHANNELS was a joy to watch.

A very unique movie. Directed from the heart by actor-writer-director Nat Christian. He also plays the lead with a fiercely honest, albeit, subtle performance. His co-star, Kim Oja greatly demonstrates both comedic as well as dramatic talents

Nat Christian, as writer, director and actor, cooks a delicious dessert with CHANNELS. As the lead character, he is endearing. His co-star, Kim Oja, is quite charming. They make an attractive romantic-comedy couple. As writer and director, Christina leads us down the romantic-comedy road, then hits us with an unusual and captivating turn.
