Very poor in all areas but the acting and dialogue is appalling!

Lots of suspense and a good acting job by Edmund Kingsley in a claustrophobic space film with a few hairy twists at the end. You can really sympathize with all that the man in the capsule is going through, in real time.

The low- budget indie sci-fi film does well in eliciting tension, being a good looking film and having a great musical score; it disappoints mostly with its weak ending.

Somewhat boring for the first half and got mildly interesting towards the end

This was a good film to watch on a quiet evening, i am surprised to see that it has received such little attention from critics. The old style engineering and design of the capsule made it very tense and claustrophobic, the problems seemed realistic and very frightening to a character who wasnt trained to control them under the assumption that they would work fine. Unlike with gravity, the presence of a single on screen character wasn't boring, the other voices heard over the radio (or wire as our 1950's friend likes to call it) keep the story going in a good way, only character that has poor dialogue would be the conversations guy (our astronaut in the capsule) remembered having with lottie (his wife). I like this a lot and would recommend it to most movie goers but with the warning that it hasnt got any where this the exciting momentum of something like interstellar or gravity, and doesnt have the humour or wit of the martian, but it does have something inbetween.
