Unmistakably Canadian film of 'round-ring' bare-knuckles club fighter saving the neighbourhood from a band of rich and obviously greedy developers. This one doesn't pull any punches, it's strictly by-the-numbers with a sometimes strained attempt at a love subplot.

A shoot fighter battles to save his neighbourhood from a strong-armed land developer. Ironically, the area looks like maybe the best thing for the area would be for it to meet the bulldozer and be rebuilt.
