In 1995, drug suppliers and career criminals Tony Tucker, Patrick Tate and Craig Rolfe were blasted to death by a shot gun whilst waiting in a Range Rover in Rettendon, Essex. The film charts their rise to become the most prolific dealers and feared criminals in the south of England, maintaining the hold on their empire with fear and violence until their untimely death.

Pretty thin storyline but well acted. Believable characters that you can't help but like. One minute you're laughing along with them and the next horrified at them burning some random victim with ciggies (the Porsche scene is really funny!) Good depiction of out of control drug users/dealers....not that I know any!

Not as good as Rise of the footsoldier ,this brit gangster movie treads a well worn path and despite some good performances it does feel a bit samey. The trouble is we have had 2 versions of the Rettendon shootings and you get the feeling that 3 times is a step too far. What does stand out are the perfomances of Tamar Hassan as the doomed Pat Tate and Vincent Reagan as the alleged killer of Tate Jack Whomes they give the film a little bit of class ,but the drug taking and swearing does swamp the movie in places where dramatic tension would have done. Not a bad film then its just ive seen it all before

I get it into my head that if Tamer Hassan is in a film I'll be seeing another of "The Business" or "The Football Factory" not so much, this is not all bad but not great either

Some decent moody music and a couple of decent performances (Hassan,Maskell) - the rest of the film is physically large men talking to each other like Dogs, and talking to their girlfriends like Dogs and saying "silly bollocks" a lot, watch football factory instead...another boring film about the essex murders.how does Adam Deacon get work?
