Not a great spy thriller, kind of lost in the post cold-war doldrums. Caine probably did it for the saucy love scene with Sean Young, Bob Hoskins is also wonderfully over the top for his great gun-fight cameo sequence.

Movie from HBO in which the Oscar winner actor Michael Caine was also credited as executive producer, he stars as Harry a London bar owner, also known for as a live jazz club intermingles himself with already married Stacy Mansdorf (Sean Young) unbeknownst that there's political intrigue involved some of his closet peers.
