Basically, I would like to thank Mr Kitamura for giving us the kind of film we all enjoy. A firm, young sexpot of a lady in a skimpy outfit with a sword. Using said sword repeatedly to the samurai genres full potential. On a more serious note it's a stylish and fun martial arts movie that actually develops something resembling a storyline and manages to run with it the length of the field. That, and the director of this made Versus, as you may notice on the picture. I grant extra points for that.

Aya Ueto is awesome as the female assassin Azumi. The scene where she takes on 200 swordsmen in a town square is amazing to watch. Director Ryuhei Kitamura delivers once again as he did with Versus.

Ten young orphans are raised in the mountains by a master samurai, they are then trained to become assassins with a special mission to be carried out on a group of warlords in Japan. Azumi is the only female in the group of young assassins and in time proves to be the best and boy can this girl kick ass in a sword fight, this is a very entertaining and well done movie

although....the graphics were kinda crappy...it was still cool! and the guys were really hott! :))
